5. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
5.1. Eight years of experience in providing leadership and technical expertise to enterprise IT initiatives including planning, coordination, resource development, tracking and reporting.
5.2. Eight years of experience performing business continuity and disaster recovery planning, including
knowledge of backup and restore technologies and processes, system high availability, and disaster recovery strategies and testing.
5.3. Eight years of experience developing Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), creating system documentation, developing procurement documents and managing support contracts.
5.4. Eight years of experience planning, coordinating and executing large (500 Office) enterprise broadband Wide Area Network (WAN) migration projects.
5.5. Eight years of experience planning, developing and coordinating service provider tasks related to large (1500 Server) enterprise datacenter migration projects.
5.6. Eight years of experience providing VMWare or other virtual platform solutions services.
5.7. Eight years of technology lifecycle experience in large consolidation projects as it relates to operating systems and core platform applications.

6. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
6.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
6.1.1. Develop, track and update project plans for enterprise IT initiatives led by the Office of Information Technology (OIT). Complete this task in the time and manner specified by management in the OIT ticketing system.
6.1.2. Coordinate and facilitate planning, designing and work management sessions with OIT, field IT administrators, AST and DivTel. Complete this task in the time and manner specified by management in the OIT ticketing system.
6.1.3. Conduct regularly scheduled status and update meetings with OIT, field IT administrators, AST and DivTel. Complete this task in the time and manner specified by management in the OIT ticketing system.
6.1.4. Create design and implementation documentation according to project and work plans.
Complete this task in the time and manner specified by management in the OIT ticketing system.
6.1.5. Prepare, update and track issues and risk logs for enterprise IT initiatives. Complete this task in the time and manner specified by management in the OIT ticketing system.
6.1.6. Track outcomes against objectives, and report outcomes. Complete this task in the time and manner specified by management in the OIT ticketing system.
6.1.7. Ensure adequate resource allocations for the enterprise IT initiatives, and report on resource issues and shortfalls. Complete this task in the time and manner specified by management in the OIT ticketing system.

PURPOSE:
This scope of work is for consulting services to coordinate, plan, document, perform and track enterprise Information Technology (IT) project initiatives. This will include coordinating and collaborating with the Division of State Technology (DST), the Division of Telecommunications (DivTel) at the Department of Management Services, and Florida Department of Health field IT administrators. Contractor will provide these services to the Florida Department of Health (Department).
