GRAPHIC DESIGNER (NPI) with Sharepoint, Adobe Creative Suite and Project Management Experience

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic creative professional to produce compelling visual stories to support our new product launches worldwide, working closely with our product marketing, worldwide marketing, agencies and content teams. This individual will be project managing the scoping, planning and reviews of assets with internal teams and the external agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Our goal is to elevate our product story through engaging content that empowers our sales teams to generate demand for our solutions and experiences. The Graphic Designer will be working closely with multiple teams, internal and external, to deliver the entire suite of compelling best-in-class assets and content supporting our product launches. Target audiences for the deliverables are the internal sales force, channel partners, large customers, executives and events.
Design Responsibilities
Create full range of standard global digital assets supporting a product launch
Simplify complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-grasp messages for sales and customers
Apply global design standards to all HP Commercial Personal Systems assets
Manage and track deliverables produced within team and/or WW Marketing and agencies
Managing the production of incremental content and collateral as well as image enhancement.
Ensure proper integration of new assets into HP content systems and sales tools
Project Management Responsibilities
Manage weekly core teams for each asset (identify core teams, schedule kick off, align on scope, review cycles, timeline, etc. BE CLEAR on partner expectations and involvement in reviews and sign off.)
Manage external agency creative reviews across multiple assets at multiple stages of readiness.
Conduct asset budget reviews with HP internal teams and external agency
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
5+ years of experience in creating and producing marketing digital assets. High-tech industry is a plus.
Strong visual communication, presentation and writing skills with emphasis on technology.
Expertise in MS PowerPoint, Sharepoint and MS Office applications
entry Advanced-level with Adobe Creative Suite experience
Thorough knowledge in the field of marketing communications. Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
BA or BS in Graphic Arts, Communications, or Marketing,

Java Developer/ Scala Big Data with MAVEN, JIRA, GIT /CI Tools/Messaging, CI/CD, DML, DDL, PL/SQL and Agile Experience

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
6+ years of continuous Java development experience on large/medium sized projects.
Ability for the full delivery (designing, developing, coding, testing, debugging and documenting) of applications to satisfy business requirements
Proficient in full stack developer having experience creating Microservices on Java/Spring/Spring Boot, UI development using React (Nice to have)
Experience with Cloud deployments using Containers is a strong plus.
Application Design and Design Patterns are important, including micro service and cloud design patterns
Strong familiarity with design patterns, micro services
Hands on Experience in Restful Architecture , development and API development
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Version Control tools (Bitbucket, Git)
Experience with MAVEN, JIRA, GIT and CI Tools and Messaging
Experience working in an Agile Development environment and is able to contribute/facilitate in all Agile ceremonies.
