The Utah Department of Transportation and the Utah Department of Technology Services is
seeking a consultant to “sit” side by side with our programmers and technology staff to develop
in the Google Workspace environment.
Tasks include:
-Migrating existing workflows that are currently in Microsoft SharePoint to Google Workspace.
-Training staff on best practices developing in the Google Workspace platform.
-Consulting UDOT on the possibilities of Google Workspace.
-Use of no-code and low-code tools preferred over custom development.
The consultant may work remotely and is expected to collaborate using Google Workspace.
Initial contract will be full time from January through June 2021, with options to extend beyond
that time period if mutually agreeable. The successful candidate will be selected based on their
ability to be a productive team member and documented experience. We encourage the
inclusion of a “portfolio” of past work that is related/applicable to this solicitation. The formal

demonstration purposes.
