- Portfolio/Program Management – Develop and manage Program Charters
- Work streams management
- Develop work streams and their planning
- Mapping work streams to features
- Derive the value streams
- Assist in developing release trains
- Manage at SAFe Agile Epic level
- Develop and implement roadmaps
- Engage Business, IT, Architect and Ops community
- Planning, Risk Management
- Guide client in their transformation journey
