Staff Qualifications and Performance Criteria
The Project Manager must be a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through a nationally recognized accreditation organization (e.g. The Project Management Institute).

Minimally Required Deliverables/Tasks
A. Provide expertise and guidance to the Office of Disaster Recovery (ODR) Director (and his designees as applicable) in the overall management of the Hurricane Michael CDBG- DR Program.
B. Under the direction of the ODR Director (and his designees as applicable), provide project management office services in support of the Hurricane Michael CDBG-DR Program, including but not limited to:
1. Developing, maintaining and updating, as needed, project documents and documentation including, but not limited to:
a. Project charter;
b. Project management plan;
c. Project status reports – weekly executive reports;
d. Project risk and issues log;
e. Project schedule – master combined (all Hurricane Michael CDBG-DR programs);
f. Project schedule – program specific (e.g. Voluntary Home Buyout program);
g. Project tracking sheets/log; and
h. Any other documents necessary for the efficient, effective management of the overall program or any specific program.
2. Actively managing projects assigned by employing project management industry standards and best practices. Assignments must include the development, maintenance and updating of program documents and documentations specified in B.1. above.
3. Provide weekly executive briefings to the ODR Director; briefings shall include, at least:
a. Report on the overall status of the project; and
b. Report on the status of each project and any risks or issues that might impact the progress of the program or any project.
c. Report on the current projected timeline for each program area, including timelines for compliance with any federal laws or guidance documents.
4. Provide technical assistance and guidance to the CDBG-DR staff on the execution of programmatic activities as directed by the ODR Director.
5. Perform other support and consulting functions as required by DEO.

General Description
Under the direct supervision of the DEO Project Manager, Contractor shall assist DEO by providing expertise in Management Consulting Services for projects relating to implementation and management activities for the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program. The CDBG-DR program is funded by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for long-term disaster recovery in areas impacted by Hurricane Michael in accordance with the tasks outlined.
