A Service Support Analyst is required for a computer refresh project where they would have to setup pc desktops and laptops using a Division image. They would need to be able to physically lift and unpack computers, image them with either SCCM or Aleratec Duplicator, install computer in local offices on day trips, answer phones and create tickets into ServiceNow.
