Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience
Demonstrated experience driving a large (non-CDL) box truck. Required 3 Years
Ability to drive long distances. Some deliveries may require overnight stays. Required 3 Years
Ability to safely lift, up to 50 pounds. Required 3 Years
Demonstrated experience maintaining a clean, safe and functional work environment. Required 3 Years
Ability to follow documented process and procedures related to technical field support activities. Required 3 Years
Excellent communication and organizational skills, written and verbal. Required 3 Years
Willingness to perform other tasks as needed. Required 3 Years
A valid North Carolina driver’s license is required. Required 3 Years
The NCDIT-Transportation is seeking a Service Support Analyst resource for a 12-month engagement to work with the Client Services Team. The purpose of this position is to work with the other Client Services staff members delivering IT hardware to various locations throughout the state of North Carolina.
This request is part of our ongoing effort to continue providing high quality customer service for the DOT, DMV, and DOH. This position will help to support our mission critical statewide hardware deployment operations. **TRAVEL REQUIRED**
