Desktop Support Engineer with user data/files transfer, troubleshooting, networking, Windows 10 training, VPN, Adobe Pro/Office 365/ArcGIS installation experience

Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
4 Experience transferring user data and files; troubleshooting and training end-users on functionality of Windows 10 and new computer set up; network and internet connectivity and able to troubleshoot issues; and able to erase data from old computers.
4 Knowledge of VPN and desktop/laptop computer systems; and Adobe Pro, Office 365, ArcGIS (can learn) and other various software installations.

1-3 Experience with inventory and surplus of state-controlled equipment. (will train)
Assist the THC Helpdesk Specialist with the agency’s computer refresh. Duties include: transferring user data and files; troubleshooting and training end-users on Windows 10 functionality; new computer set-up to include network and internet connectivity; erasing data from old computers; inventory maintenance and control; VPN set-up, installing Adobe Pro, Office 365, and other various software.
