Desktop Support Engineer with networking, printers, PC setup/config/deployment and MS Office experience

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• LEVEL II SUPPORT FOR PC’S, PRINTERS, SOFTWARE, NETWORKING, ETC.
• COORDINATES & PERFORMS THE INSTALLATIONS AND MOVES OF PC’S, PRINTERS, ETC.
• ROUTINE CONFIGURATION, ADMINISTRATION, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT OF NETWORK
• ANY JOBS AND TASKS ASSIGNED BY MANAGER AND/OR SUPERVISOR
• MUST BE ABLE TO CARRY AT LEAST 50 POUNDS OF EQUIPMENT/MATERIALS
REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
• KNOWLEDGE OF PC’S
• KNOWLEDGE OF NETWORKING, SWITCHES, PRINTERS, NETWORK DEVICES
• ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE CLEARLY BOTH ORALLY AND IN WRITTEN FORM
• ABILITY TO WORK ALONE AND IN A TEAM
PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
• FAMILIAR WITH WINDOWS 10, OFFICE 365
REQUIRED EDUCATION: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA AND EXPERIENCE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
• Must present Picture ID
• No Tobacco, Alcohol, or other contraband items
• No Weapons
• Cash on person to be $50.00 or less (in correctional institutions)
• No cell phones (in correctional institutions)
• Vehicles will be searched by security staff upon arrival and departure
