The Business Analyst will support DOH staff in the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine throughout Pennsylvania. These activities include onboarding and support of county, state and other DOH partner authorities to PrepMod, a software application to register, schedule, and track vaccines at vaccine clinics throughout the Commonwealth. The Business Analyst will become a point of contact for DOH, the immunization community, and vendor.

TASKS TO BE PERFORMED

Specific tasks for the contractor are:

Onboard New Users – Set up new users and create a consistent onboarding and off boarding strategy for PrepMod.

Technical Support – Work with DOH staff to research and address any technical or operational issues at the targeted vaccine clinics. Ensure clinics properly execute the needed steps to report vaccines to PA-SIIS. Ensure quality assurance is completed throughout the workflow of the software, including software enhancements. Attend live Vaccination Clinics and provide registration and scheduling support as needed across the Commonwealth.

Documentation and Training – Document meetings, system enhancements, training guides, and other documentation as needed to support the vaccine community. Train users both individually or in group settings.
