Experience with MS Project, Remedy and Clarity Required 5 Years
• Provide information gathering sessions to capture business requirements and business processes related to information technology solutions
• Work with diverse group, consensus building and team building. Report status reports to Technical Managers, colleagues, Agency Services and Agencies proper when required
• Work with multiple teams in all lines of service
• Utilize tools such as Remedy, Microsoft Project, Clarity and SharePoint
• Work closely with Technical Managers, SMEs, and Technicians
• Coordinate and track multiple projects (40-50 ISRs) for several agencies
• Attend daily and weekly meetings
