WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
6 Experience with documentation of business and functional requirements across multiple projects.
6 Demonstrable experience using Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio.
4 Functional testing including reviewing test plans, compiling results and supporting test users.
4 Preparing project management artifacts within a defined project management framework.
4 Organizing, leading and documenting meetings with stakeholders at multiple levels.
4 Business process definition, documentation and reengineering.
2 Experience in creating operational procedures to promote applications from development to production for technical and non-technical staff
2 Knowledge of Health and Human Services programs
