Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
Knowledge of common Business analysis processes.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
Ability to analyze systems, recommend workflow adjustments and identify opportunities for business improvements.
Ability to research, compile and document data, business processes and workflow.
Ability to analyze and document business requirements.
Ability to participate in implementations and prepare internal communications.
Demonstrates effective organizational, multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills.
Working knowledge of PC skills including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
Required Qualifications :
Knowledge of technical business analysis -or- knowledge of court operations
Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years related experience. -or- 4 years of applicable experience.
Job duties :
Meets with external stakeholders to illicit project requirements and develop project plans.
Meet regularly with team members to ensure projects are on time, in budget and meet scope.
Reviews and analyzes user requirements to develop detailed functional specifications.
Create attractive and compelling reports for an executive audience.
Analyses business needs and helps steer strategic vision.
Creates monthly status and statistical reports and strategic presentations for executives.
