Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
8 Experience with conceptual and practical usage of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile Frameworks
5 Experience with RHEL Openshift, Docker and deploying to containerized environments
5 Experience with the Atlassian software stack (Jira, BitBucket, Confluence)
5 Experience with highly complex application security requirements
3 Experience with Apache Maven and ANT
3 Experience with REST API development and integration
3 Experience with MS SQL databases
3 Experience administering Jenkins, implementing automated build pipelines
3 Experience with Agile and Scrum
3 Experience with writing unit tests and use of static code analysis tools such as SonarQube and Fortify

Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
2 UI/UX design experience
2 Experience with Bootstrap framework
2 Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint
2 Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government)

The Worker will participate in the CPA application development team, primarily creating and maintaining software build automation tools listed in the minimum requirements.
The Worker will perform routine programming tasks in an agile environment, including implementing solutions based on user stories and customer designs, and providing technical expertise to the team with design discussions and peer reviews. Worker will provide feedback and contribute expertise to improve applications and development processes.

Worker will perform these tasks:
• Installing, configuring, maintaining, administering, and enhancing JIRA Core, JIRA Software, Confluence, JIRA Service Desk, and BitBucket
• Helping guide the configuration and documentation of client JIRA, Confluence and BitBucket instances
• Develop and maintain Maven and ANT build scripts.
• Write high-quality, reusable code following industry best practices
• Work with customers to enable custom workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, and reports
• Provide client training on JIRA and Confluence usage, administration, and operational use and maintenance of the systems
• Follow best practices for serverless architecture
• Participate in peer code reviews
• Write unit tests using JavaScript testing frameworks
• Review and validate proposed architectural solutions
• Participate in project meetings
