Automation Tester with SQA, Selenium WebDriver, SQL, Agile, Java, APIs and manual testing Experience

Position specific information
Successful candidates should have experience in the following:
•Minimum of 3 (three) years of overall testing experience in a SQA position with;
•Minimum of 1 (one) year experience in a SQA automation position
•Writing and executing tests in Selenium WebDriver
•Analyzing and communicating test results
•Proficient in use of SQL for test data preparation and results analysis
•Utilizing source code management solution, preferably based on Git
•Proven ability to quickly understand complex and nuanced business processes and rules
•Automated testing in an Agile environment
•Development in Java is a plus
•Directly testing APIs is a plus
•Planning and development of automation suite architecture is a plus
Responsibilities include
•Developing automated test scripts in support of Windows applications, web applications and service-oriented architecture (API testing)
•Working closely with Test Analysts to identify test cases that should be automated
•Use of test case and defect management tools
•Work closely with the development team in order to communicate and demonstrate defects
•Partnering with Business Analysts on acceptance criteria and sizing test efforts
•Contributing to deployment readiness discussions
•Staying current with test automation tools and technology
•Assist with manual testing if needed
