The Senior Google Certified Apigee Admin Engineer is a subject matter expertise in Apigee API Platform hardcore Administration with thorough knowledge architecture, deployment, configuration, security with expert level knowledge & experience of migrating application into Apigee platform. This is a key role to manage onboarding microservices into Apigee as well as migration of large set of applications from MuleSoft to Apigee platform adopt industry best practices to ensure the platforms provided to our business and clients are secure, scalable, reliable, transparent and fit to purpose. This position will include a high degree of interaction with business and operations units to understand the functional needs of the users of the system as well as the various technology teams, which are responsible for integration points with the solutions.

Technical Skills:
At least 4 years Strong experience with Apigee core administration on prem or on Cloud
Thorough understanding APIGEE component architecture
Hands-on experience on APIGEE On-Premise installation in a 9+ node topology with primary and GDHA (DR) configuration
At least 4 years Expertise with administering platforms like Kafka, MuleSoft, OpenShift
At least 3 years experience with (API Gateways, No SQL DB’s, data analytics)
Hands on expert level experience with Apigee core Admin
At least 1 year Experience in enabling the Platform as a Service with operationalizing that in mind to optimization, capacity planning & architecture of a large multi-tenant cluster
Experience in working with container and container orchestration platforms is a plus
At least 1 year Experience in tool Integration, automation, configuration management in GIT
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, analytical and problem solving skills
Strong Linux experience
Knowledge of curl commands, HTTP, TCP/IP, load balancing, Bash, and firewalls
Able to interpret requirements to develop Apigee EDGE APIs in CI/CD and Agile process
In Depth knowledge of Apigee EDGE architecture
