Are you a talented Angular/C# Full Stack Web Developer? Do you want to work with great team members? Then the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Division of Department of Workforce Services (DWS) for the State of Utah wants you.

The Ideal Candidate:
• Broad experience using C# with ASP.NET, LINQ, and Web APIs
• Broad experience in user interface design and front end development
• Willing to mentor and build other members of the team
• Willing to work closely with business analysts on usability and design
• Experience with Oracle

Web Design:
• Strong skills in HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors such as SASS
• Skilled in responsive design utilizing CSS media queries
• Knowledge of accessibility requirements for visually challenged users
• Understanding of Human Computer Interaction (HCI) in improving user experience & usability

Front End Development:
• Strong skills in TypeScript / JavaScript
• Knowledge of and experience with Angular 2+ Framework. (We currently use Angular 6+)
• Translate visual and written designs into efficient front end components
• Establish and implement best practices and standards for all front end visuals
• Willing and able to write tests with Jasmine, Karma, and Protractor

Back End Development:
• Strong skills in C#, LINQ and Entity Framework 6
• Ability to write SQL
• Ability to effectively separate application, business, and data areas of the back end
• Willing and able to write effective unit tests
• Translate visual and written designs into efficient back end libraries
• Establish and implement best practices and standards for all back end code

Overall:
• Work closely with other developers and business analysts to ensure the integrity of the application throughout the development life cycle
• Competency in using version control systems such as GIT
• Ability to research and recommend new technology to enhance developer and user experience
